Shipping
All orders are shipped within the week of cleared payment of purchase via registered airmail through Singapore Post .A tracking number will be sent to you via email so that you will be able to track the delivery status at www.singpost.com and average shipping times to your destined country. We are shipping from Singapore.
Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties that may be incurred at the time of delivery are at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We are not responsible for those charges. For additional information, please refer to your local customs agency. Returns cannot be accepted due to customs fees or international duties.
We ship worldwide with current handling and shipping costs according to the weight.
Returns Policy
We offer a refund/return policy on the full price of the item if it is unused and in saleable condition within 3 days of shipment receipt. Should you need to make a return, please contact us by email *before* returning any items. We do not refund shipping and handling cost. Buyers shall pay the returned shipping cost and any other taxes incurred. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item has been used or is no longer in new or saleable condition.
